I was trying to find a way to blog about how I am feeling with Thanksgiving coming, then I found this pic that said it all. My dad with Lindsay & a very grumpy me.
Parenthood is hard. It is all about staying in the game. Not winning or success, just hanging in there to see another day. Matt & I are tired. And that my friends, is why we are eating take out for Thanksgiving. If it makes our day as easy going as we think it will, then it will be an official Archuleta tradition.
That is another parenting gem; WHATEVER WORKS.
I'm tired too and I only have one...which makes me think- "Pull up your big girl panties, Megan and get over it." When I have four (maybe...someday?) I will have earned the right to blog about how tired I am...and you'll know exactly how I feel. ;) Enjoy the take out- hoping it makes the day that much better.

ReplyDeletemy motto in holiday dinners.......TAKE OUT. But then again that is our everyday motto and plain and simple the lifestyle you have to take on with 4 kids.
